Colin Turner is a highly successful senior leader in secondary school education with over thirty-five years of experience across a range of disciplines including school improvement, behaviour management, teaching & learning, whole school strategic management and human resource management. For the past three years, he has worked for the Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust as the Behaviour Lead across the four schools to reduce fixed term and permanent exclusions. In addition to his current role, he is also Chair of Governors of a local Primary school and Chair of the North Birmingham Schools & Police Panel.
